Prof. Jianping Gou

Southwest University, China

Ph.D. in Engineering, postdoctoral researcher at the University of Sydney, professor, doctoral supervisor, and master’s supervisor. Studied under Academicians Yi Zhang and Dacheng Tao, as well as Professor Linfu Sun. His primary research areas include artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, and pattern recognition. He is currently focusing on foundation-model technologies (including model compression), as well as theoretical and applied research in smart agriculture, smart healthcare, and smart construction. His specific research work and interests include computer vision representation and classification, cross-modal foundation-model distillation, large language model distillation, foundation-model quantization distillation, graph-model distillation, federated distillation, and medical ultrasound reconstruction, among others. He has been selected for the Jiangsu Provincial “Qinglan Project” Outstanding Young Backbone Teacher Development Program for colleges and universities, the Chinese Postdoctoral International Exchange Program, and the Chongqing Program Supporting Returned Overseas Talent Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He serves as an executive committee member of the Multimedia Technical Committee, the Computer Vision Technical Committee, and the Embodied Intelligence Technical Committee; an executive committee member of the Youth Working Committee of the Artificial Intelligence Society; a senior member of IEEE; a senior member of CSIG; and a senior member of CCF.

Prof. Chaorong Li

Yibin University, China (Dean)

He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2013. He is a professor and information systems project manager at Yibin University, and a postdoctoral researcher at the Key Laboratory of Neural Systems of the Ministry of Education, UESTC. He is a candidate for Sichuan Provincial Academic and Technical Leader, an academic and technical leader at Yibin University, and a master's supervisor at Yibin University and Chongqing University of Technology. He is the software engineering leader of Sichuan Province's "Double First-Class" Gongga Project, the artificial intelligence technology leader of the Sichuan Provincial Key Laboratory of Digital Analysis and Intelligent Decision-Making for Urban-Rural Industrial Integration, and the chief expert of the Sichuan Provincial SMT Printing Engineering Technology Research Center.

Prof. Haisheng Li

Guangxi Normal University, China

Li Haisheng is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Guangxi Normal University. He has been selected as a Guangxi Bagui Scholar and has been named to the World's Top 2% Most Cited Scientists list for 2024–2025. His research primarily focuses on quantum information processing and deep learning. He has led three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, received one Second Prize of the Guangxi Natural Science Award and one Third Prize of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Natural Science Award, and has published over 70 academic papers.

Assoc. Prof. Yuanyuan Huang

Chengdu University of Information Technology, China

Yuanyuan Huang received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2004, 2007, and 2013, respectively. He was a Visiting Scholar with the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, from 2009 to 2011. He had been a Postdoctoral Researcher with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Chengdu University of Information Technology, Chengdu. His main research interests include multimedia, big data and artificial intelligence.
